Good morning!
Well, so far I've managed to keep the 10 lbs. off but not able to lose anything in 2 weeks http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w306/jschafnitz613/scale.jpg (broken link) I think probably another 5 lbs. will be good for me so I guess that will be the hardest to come off. Going to try and "step it up" with my cardio step workouts with Kathy Smith and try to meet my final goal by November 1st, only a little over 2 weeks away Reading the posts lately, everyone seems to be doing really well. So, whats everyone's plans today? For me, work-out, laundry, cleaning, ebay listings, tanning (getting ready for Disney), then the kids come home....full day for me. Have a great day everyone..http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/Tuesday.gif (broken link) Jeannie

I'm with you Jeannie on the "step it up." Are we sharing little secrets?

Sunday I wanted some munchies, so I got a bowl full of chopped lettuce and radish slices, put salt on it pretended it was pop corn and ate it with my fingers. There is just something about grabbing that food with your fingers. This was just as chewy as pop corn. Satisfied my need!

Coffee and milk
banana
Nature Valley Peanut Bar

APPLE PIE for breakfast! My youngest son wanted to make a pie last night. He did a good job obviously. I will have corn bean salad again. I have to go teach this afternoon at work so pray that I don't swerve in to Chipotle on my way home.
I just can't get into organizing food lately. I don't have that healthy eating mind set, although this forum has helped. Just knowing I need to admit to someone what I ate helps.
I have another confession for the water police. I hate drinking water! I will drink a whole bottle working out of course, but I won't carry a jug around with me. I slosh
Oh and coffee!

Ladies, I did all right until I left an appointment starving. I stopped at Pizza Hut and got a veggie and was still doing all right, but when I ate one two many pieces of the pizza, everything was downhill from there. See you tomorrow, or maybe it's today later.
