Good morning! I still cannot believe another year has flew by! I wish life could slow down just a bit so I can catch up. Well, I've learned many times over that New Year's resolutions don't work for me, so what I try and commit to are "life style changes" such as eating better, exercises, etc. Personally I want to continue with my exercising, work on cutting out the sugars, and just appreciate everyone and everything in my life, including my CD buddies. I am truly very blessed. Coffee with splenda and soymilk...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/CoffeeCup.gif (broken link)and a Happy New Year's Eve! http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/36_16_24.gif (broken link) Jeannie

I made myself a Food Journal from a program on my computer called "Daily Chores." I should probably do the daily chores thing also. I will share later, I have to get hopping to the aquatic center for range of motion exercise class and then shopping. It's Monday!
