Good morning! After 2 days with a different work-out, my muscles are feeling it this morning. A good sore though. Today going to try a Billy Blanks boot camp work-out. I'm determined. So what are everyone's plans for today? Food? Exercise? Play? Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk......Happy Saturday! Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie!

My belly is also a bit sore and I think it's not b/c of the great Greek food I had last night with the ladies from my step aerobics class. It might be the 120 sit-ups I made after I came home from classes on Thursday.

That means I need to do some more...

This afternoon will be soccer-watching-afternoon. It's great weather outside so my cousin will come over and we'll take DS to watch his daddy play.

Wheat bun with cream cheese for breakfast and a joghart drink.
Snack was a chocolate easter egg stuffed with milk cream.

Lunch was fried noodles with sausage pieces.

I wonder if Karla is having fun with her journey today!

Good afternoon Diana! It is afternoon, right? Sounds like a beautiful day for soccer, enjoy. Rainy and gloomy here today. Yes, we're all excited to hear about Karla's new addition. Have a great day!

Good afternoon! Diana is miquel's mom, great! Izzy, I love stir fry almost anything. I had trouble going to sleep last night, because my nose was stuffy. I will just be vacuuming, washing a few clothes and going to the weight room at the aquatic center today. Have to get my house in order all next week. I am going to pick up my granddaughter next Saturday. After being around the house so much, it will be like I have been let out of the cage.

Coffee and milk
banana
apple waffle

NCN, I hope you have much fun with your granddaughter!!!

Just brought Miguel to bed. We had much fun at the soccer field watching Miguel's dad play. Now my back is hurting a bit from standing around so much plus we also walked to the field and back which is not so far (about 12-15 minutes slow walk).

I guess I prepare some dinner now. I just found leftover potatoes in the fridge they want to be fried with a bit of egg and some veggies. Might be my parents bring some veggie salad over.

It's most likely my cousin and her bf will come over for a card game evening.

I hope you all enjoy a relaxing weekend.
Diana

so we went for a bite to eat...

grilled chicken parm sandwich (I asked for dark bread but they didn't have anything. It amazes me that restaurants do not cater to those who try and stay away from the white stuff. )

vodka with cranberry juice....1

Just got back from the aquatic center and we had dinner. We had some bad storms today. Everything looks very green and fresh. Diana, I am sorry I keep putting a q instead of a g in Miguel's name. I have caught myself doing this several times, but I didn't notice it in others.
Morning break: Cheesecake jello--It tastes good, but I don't know if I will buy it again. Just not the same as cheesecake.
Lunch: 2 ounces each of ham and turkey
Hoagie Roll
Tomato, lettuce, and onion slices
Afternoon snack: 1 cup grapes
Dinner: Italian chicken breast pieces
small piece of sweet potatoes
cucumber slices
1 cup of 1% milk to put in coffee
Snack: mini bag of cheetos
2 walnut halves
