Good morning! Okay, so just because Stop N Shop has a sale, doesn't mean I have to eat 1/2 a gallon a night. I've been eating so healthy during the day lately, then I get on the computer and its all over. Today, my goal is no dessert. Umm, coffee ice cream, was very good though. So NCN, my hubby's prediction was right, Kansas all the way...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/smiley-basketball2.gif (broken link)... Game even went into overtime. So whats on the schedule for today? I missed a work-out yesterday so definately a Power 90 work-out this morning. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/gif_palaceth34.gif (broken link)...have a great day! Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie, love your coffee pot!

Where is everybody this morning! I couldn't get up,working on my taxes late at night! Ugh!

walnuts in eggs and soy milk

There is a chinese store near me, It's got so many breakfast packaged cereal and so healthy, things like black bean powder with sesame powder and just about anything, then added to milk to make a cereal. I have the black bean, I actually add half a package of it in my cereal. try to get a pic.
have a good day!

Looks like I should have stayed with that game. I just didn't like the way those teams played. I would have preferred a game between UCLA and Carolina. I prefer classy teams. Oops! I'll lose my job for saying that. That's O. K. because I don't have a job. LOL

coffee and milk
banana
oatmeal--Little Debbie cake--same # of points as instant oatmeal. Works for me

I'll try to do better for lunch, or that may be my lunch. I will do a little house cleaning and laundry and maybe go for afternoon water exercises.

Jeannie, Ice cream and bread are my two weaknesses. Sometimes I like Shedd spread with the bread and it is usually French loaf.

Hi ladies!

Jeannie, I can understand you. As I hadn't had dinner yesterday my appetite today was monstrous! Two toasts with cream cheese for breakfast. Lunch was a Turkish kebap (pita bread stuffed with veggies and meat and delicious garlic sauce).

I'm glad I could resist the snacks over the day but it was mostly because the Turkish lunch got me so fed up.

For dinner I prepared pasta gratin with ground meat, tomatoe sauce and brokkoli. Afterwards I had some fresh strawberries. Unfortunately they still aren't ripe enough and only imported but it was the first strawberry taste of the year.

I hope my long walk and some exercises while watching TV can compensate some of the calories I inserted today .

Take good care and good nite. Off to bed now to watch a little TV.

Everybody's food sounds so good.
Lunch: last slices of turkey and ham (weighed 1.5 oz.), salad, and last of dressing. I have another jar of dressing I am saving for vacation. I don't eat dressing sometimes.
Coffee and milk
Cantalope--3 slices

Dinner: Steamed tilapia with garlic cheese sprinkles
Slaw maded with shredded cabbage and 1 part sugar, 1 part vinegar, and 2 parts lite mayonnaise.
Cheese garlic biscuits (2)
pearson mint patties--I will never tell how many, because I don't know.
2 coffees and milk
