Good morning! Well, the weekend is here and I couldn't be happier about it. I enjoy my 2 12 hour workdays a week and love being home with my family. Not a great weekend forecast though, probably mostly rain unless things change. Going to find some indoor projects to do in between the kid's activities like maybe, clean the garage? So, whats on the schedule for today? Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a wonderful friday everyone! Jeannie

I'll vote for the weekend. I didn't know I was enjoying my husband's schedule so much until he went back to non-stop hours like he had most of our married life. The only thing good about that is he loves what he does and comes home happy. I wouldn't want to take that away from him. If he continues this, I will have to find something to do. I call myself a computer widow. Until she passed away a couple of years ago, I had a best friend down the street that I socialized with because she was a computer widow too.

Coffee and milk (2)
oatmeal raisin walnut cookie (4)

Grandma is fine and so is the baby according to my son. She is home now. He said the doctor said she is perfect. Now that is a big order. I know she has a good set of lungs. He made a video of her crying and she was loud. Sister loves to give her kisses. She is just the right age to enjoy a live babydoll. My daughter used to have a babydoll that wore 9 month old clothes.

I have been shopping most of the day. Have to spend all that money dh is making working 60+ hours per week. I ran errands this morning, like taking clothes to the cleaners. Can't go to a graduation in dirty clothes. Did only 1/2 hour of range of motion class. Shopped for daughters present and then groceries and brought it home and had to empty the car myself. I am a tired person. I really miss having dh go shopping with me. I am so spoiled.

This next week will be a marathon. Mow the lawn, clean house, get bags packed, clean the cars, load the car and go, go, go. Somewhere in there on Tuesday we will vote. I have no idea who is even running. This is not normal for me. Something else has been occupying my mind. Wonder what!

Mesquite chicken breast
few bites of radishes, lettuce, tomato, celery while I prepared salad
2 slices whitewheat and apple butter with coffee and milk
few nuts when I came home with the groceries
2 or three pizza mini slices--this was the food sample at Sam's, yum, yum.

Izzy, congratulations on the second gold star. How did I miss that? You certainly deserve it.
