Friday "Happy 4th of July!" food journal

Went out to the patio to sit with the cat and her friends--saw three before the time was up. I got a little hungry so I came in and got cool whip in a sherbet glass and squeezed chocolate on top and swirled with a spoon. I love that stuff.

Went to a friend's house for the BBQ,she lives on a hillside,her backyard has a panoramic view of different cities,all the fireworks going at the same time plus those little ones from residences,it does look scary,you could hear the noise from the dark! But it's so nice to watch it like that! we kept pointing,and going wow! look over there! wow...

So the events at our lake were fun with live music and food. The night ended with some fireworks by some who live right on the lake. Not the best food choices but really, there weren't many healthy choices to choose. Then we came home and caught the NY fireworks on tv and what a show! Going to start todays thread...
