Yep just sitting here with 1% cottage cheese, topped with salad and lite Caesar.
Leftover ribs here tonite.
I loved your response in the Food and Drink forum about mushrooms! I tried to rep you, but still can't! I agree. I put mushrooms in everything. And I use fresh mushrooms. Takes a little longer and you have to account for the water that cooks out of them as they break down, but I think fresh mushrooms taste better in the long run over jarred or canned.
I was just reading an online version of military newspaper (Stars & Stripes - takes AP and other source reporting from around the states and the world, and puts it into one paper for the military people primarily serving overseas where they don't get much stateside news).
In the Letter to the Editor's section, one individual (a retired Navy Lieutenant serving in Iraq) was mad because someone had opened a package he had ordered over the internet and stolen one of the 12 boxes in the package.

Jeannie, just remember that toilet tissue is the last thing to pack. There is a story behind this, but it is just too late to tell it. LOL
Jeannie, as the man doing the flowers for my daughters wedding warned us, September is a really hot month. He was not just kidding. Just coming to the front of the church from the dressing area to go marching in made me drippy. Luckily the church was very air conditioned and after we went inside it was all right.
Rath, I got the impression that autumngal had owned an apple orchard. I am still wondering where it was. Autumngal showed pictures of some of her property once and she lives on a beautiful acreage. She is just miles from my son, so I am hoping to maybe run into her some day when I am visiting. It is a small world.
I am from Wilkes County where we have the Brushy Mountains. The wind circulation there causes few frosts, so apples are abundant there and they have an apple festival about the first weekend of October. I used to visit my uncles apple orchard and he had more than 100 trees of many different varieties.
lunch: 1 can of healthy choice chicken and rice soup and a nectarine with water to drink.
Dinner: 4 oz. 85% ground beef (I made a mistake and bought the wrong one, I usually use 93%.) with sliced onions and a huge sliced tomato and 2 slices Whitewheat.
I had a salad and olive garden dressing planned but just didn't want it after that big burger.
Snack: 2 pearson peppermint patties and coffee and milk.
