Morning all,

NCN- So glad you had a good time with the children. The cornbread was from a mix. Much easier when I have to make 6 different meals a day, lol. My hubby doesn't like most of the foods I eat.

Lacey- Thanks. Tomorrow will be my first day of exercise and writing things down.

jeannie- If you guys are getting cold temps I better bundle up. Brr.. I hate winter.

I started my morning with 1/4 cup yogurt sprinkled with Fiber One and coffee to jump start my system(hopefully).

Breakfast- I am having a western omelet with cheese(low cal and low fat version). Yum. I can't wait.

Good morning healthy eaters!

I need to start writing what I eat. It's better to eat at home,it's healthier. Last month when I was sick,I ate so much at home that I lost 4 pounds, but gained it back during the time I visited my niece but it was worth it.

Yesterday I got out and bought some yogurt

peach yogurt

Coffee

Have a great day! visiting friends today..not sure where we will go

Izzy, I stepped onto the scale this morning for the first time since before the holidays and I gained quite a bit of weight. I took out my points book and I'm going to start counting. I have a hard time with portion control so this should help.

a taebo basic training work-out...

breakfast...

oatmeal with sliced banana
water with lemons
supplements

Good evening girls!

With so much more time on my hands now I will probably be cooking much more. I went grocery shopping with my dad on Friday and the trunk was so full of food! I already have a plan what to cook the coming days.

Today we relaxed a bit and while watching a movie when DS was taking his nap, I did some exercises. It's time that I started doing something again. So I took out my hand weights and did some exercises for my arms, leggs and butt. Tummy will be next when we have our movie evening tonight.

My mom was responsible for cooking today and she pulled leftover goose out of the freezer.

So I had a goose leg (pretty fat and high calory stuff ), 1 potatoe and red cabbage.
Snack: 3 pieces of chocolate
1 banana
1 piece of cake at my aunts'

Dinner: still open but it might be a toast or a baguette stuffed in the oven.

Off to the kitchen.
Take care and stay warm!

You'll get back on track. Have you tried eating off of smaller plates? The biggest plate I use is a salad plate and sometimes I use the smallest one.

Busy day on the run. I loved my western omelet this morning. Lunch was a leftover cabbage roll. Dinner was great. I made a big pan of peppers, onions, mushrooms, and canned tomatoes. I sauteed 2 chicken breast in olive oil, sliced them up, and added them to the other pot. Added a bunch of seasonongs and served it with 1/2 portion of whole grain pasta. Made enough for 4 meals.

Sugar free pudding and cool whip for dessert or maybe an orange and chamomile tea.

I snacked on prunes and almonds.
