Good morning! Today is the start of a 3 day holiday weekend, well at least after work, and looking forward to some beautiful sunny weather in the 80's. Yeah! My 12 year old has basketball tournaments starting tonight, Saturday, and Sunday but we'll have to squeeze some downtime in their also. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Friday! Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie, Lacey, MM, Lisa, Izzy and if he ever returns, Rath.

Well it is off to the aquatic center for water range of motion. The outside pool opens today or maybe tomorrow. I am sure I will know by the crowd. Belk's is having a sale on some shoes I want. We are trying to find something special for our granddaughter's 8th grade graduation.

coffee and milk
banana
Nature valley sweet and salty peanut bar

Good morning all. Contractors are here banging rebar into our concrete walls. Very noisy but I am enjoying my last time on the "puter" until tomorrow. Camping out from noon today until tomorrow. Our concrete patio will need time to dry.

Fast food today. I gained a couple of pounds because I stopped measuring and writing my foods down. Apparently eyeballing does not work for me, lol

Have a great weekend everyone.

Good morning all.

Fighting a cold w/Echinachea-lots of it.

Breakfast was the usual-I'm so boring.
Lunch-I made egg salad-yum.
Dinner-either hot beef sands or cheeseburgers with mac salad.

Happy long weekend all.

We didn't make it to Belk's. I found a special plant and we had to figure out how to get it home. Mr. VA sat in the back seat and we let it have the front floor. It was as tall as the car.

We didn't get home until after 4 and ate a couple of hot dogs and some junk food I won't mention. I seem to be hopeless lately, but am staying about the same. I worry about the medical tests coming up. I don't want any more pills, so I guess I better straighten up.

Hey NCN,just try it,you will slowly get back and just try eating half.

Lunch I had soy yogurt, which I have not seen before. We have those Fresh and Easy stores popping up. It suits me because everything is in smaller portions

Dinner
Chicken pieces with some veggies
tomato soup
