Hi Barb and welcome with open arms. We offer a place to journal what we eat, vent at times and most of all support. I am thrilled to be here with these great ladies as it helped me lose 60 lbs in a year and keeps me on the straight and narrow.

I think you'll find that when you make some healthy choices and see them in black and white it helps. You are a beautiful woman in and out and you can do this.

Thank you Judi...I am starting to write down what I eat tomorrow morning, been kind of a wierd eater today..this is what I have had so far..

Early morning, 2 saltines with small amt peanut butter
This morning...protein shake with strawberries, coffee
Lunch..four saltines with a piece of cheese (needed some protein)
Just had a graham cracker and cup of coffee
Dinner...I have leftover enchilada and rice, will finish that off..

Looks bad girls, lol...it IS different seeing it in black and white

Barb that's not bad at all.

Dinner was rigatoni w/meat gravy-not much and salad.

Tomorrow's another day Barb and you did good. I love the Special K tomato/basil crackers-17=90 calories and I pick all afternoon.
