For a late lunch I had a lean cuisine chicken almond with rice dinner..home alone, not cookin and have to use up the frig stuff..

I will make some popcorn later, Jeannie that sounds good!

I have heard that flaxseed is good for you do you just toss it into food?

Lunch was s piece of fried chicken breast,celery,tomatoes

Dinner: A fish burger made at home,and iced tea

I'm with Izzy, what are vermicelli nests, I am guessing some sort of pasta??
Ok for dinner I had
1 slice leftover pizza
few potatoe chips
bud light
now having half teeny bag of famous amos and a glass of milk.

i keep sayin'...

yes dogmom. I sprinkle it on my yogurt and add Grapenuts. Yummy!

Jeannie, I will try it, my mom was just diagnosed a couple months ago as a type II diabetic and they suggested flaxseed for her..must be something to it...thanks!

This is just bacon cut into cubes and then fried without oil or something b/c it has enough fat on its own.

Vermicelli are a very thin sort of pasta. Like spaghetti but much shorter (about 2-3 inches long) and extremely thin and they are rolled into nests which only have to be thrown into boiling water and taken out after less than a minute. Very yummie but one can overcook them in no time and they get too soft eeek

Oh,Diana,I know what Vermicelli is but didn't know it's rolllled into nexts. The Vientnamese have them but nor rolled up
