Good morning! So here we are on Monday morning and a fresh new start. For whatever reason I'm having trouble getting up at 5:30 am for my 6:00 am work-out so I'm going to try and go to the gym during my daughter's swm team practice tonight instead which are in the same building......So whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Monday! Jeannie

Good morning ladies. I have put on a little of my lost weight so I need to get back on track.

Busy day here. First I have to run to town for a Dentist appointment. Yuk!! Then I need to clean out the motorhome and get it ready to move to our other property. I hope DH can get it down our driveway. I told him he needs to check, double check, and triple check the brakes before he heads down.

Then I have to rake out the side of a hill, clean up the rocks, add more dirt, add seed, and then curlex(it's like a solid mat of straw). I think that should do it for today.

Breakfast peaches and yogurt. And of course coffee.

Have a great day.

Lacey, Sure hope this is it for Mr. L, he has been put throught the ringer enough with all the dang tests.

Lisa, See this is what is so frustrating to me! All the physical labor and we still can gain.

Jeannie, Have a good work out!

Okay gonna go force feed myself a bowl of cereal. Dont know why but I am just not hungry.

Good morning ladies.
I wake up hungry as a bear and have already had breakfast.
Coffee and milk
banana
Mini cherry danish
Will soon have to get dressed. Mr. VA has an appointment with his doctor this morning. We have had two nights without a seizure. Hope that continues. I think he just got too tired.

Lacey you said that to Lisa so well. I used to think that about my mother too. You would not believe all she could do in one day. Must be the mountain air.

Good evening ladies!

A busy day over here today altho this was not expected. The weather got better the later the afternoon went on and I picked DS up when the sun was shining brightly. So I just threw him into some jogging pants and an old pullover, put on his hat and off we went to the playground. Always tagging along a long stick which he found in the woods yesterday and a very small ball.
After about half an hour on the playground a friend and her 1 year old daughter picked us up to take a walk. So we walked about 2 miles (had to carry DS about 30% of the way) and now he's sound asleep. I'm also game over and won't be lasting long infront of the PC today.

1 small scoop of ice cream
1 spelt roll with sausage/leaves of iceberg salad
1 small scoop of ice cream
dumplings, tomatoe sauce and a small piece of beef
chocolate
nearly half a pineapple

Judi, hope Mr L will be fine. Seding cyber hugs over to your place.
NCN, take good care of Mr VA, hope he's getting better and better!
