Good morning Lacey.

I didn't have time to check in on the weekend so I hope you all enjoyed the 4th of July!

Last Friday was a bit sad for me b/c we had to put down my cat. She was about 15 and the last weeks hadn't been so well for her. She had water in her belly and all the pills she got didn't help. She couldn't even walk without problems the last few days. I didn't want to lengthen her life only by meds so we thought it best to put her to rest. Now we don't have pets anymore and I don't think about getting a new one...

Okay, back on track it is.

Breakfast: 2 small slices of w/w bread with a little smoked pork sausage
Lunch: 3 potatoe rosti and a kind of goulash
Snack: some mousse au chocolat

Enjoy the new week!

Thank you Izzy and Judi!

Dinner: 2 slices of bread, a tblspn of scrambled eggs w/ some sausage, a small paprika stuffed with cream cheese (kinda antipasti stuff) and a small piece of cheese.

I feel bloated and I definitely need to cut down on the quantities! It's always so easy to say "tomorrow I'll do better" but then, there is tomorrow and nothing is better . I need to cook some tomatoe sauce for tomorrow's lunch so that'll be the only thing I'll take to work. Also, no chocolate to take along. I do have to try. Today I jumped into a pair of jeans and they were really tight around the thighs.
So tomorrow's step aerobic night and on Thursday I'll go jogging with a friend. I do need to do more exercising!

On Saturday we'll go on our trip to Hungary and I'm really looking forward to it.

Have a good evening!
Diana

Good evening. It has been another busy day of three hours at the aquatic center and then to the hospital to finally get the bill paid; then we went over to Bojangle's and cashed in some of our bingo winnings and of course added some to it. We ate for less than $3.00. I am not going to mess up the thread by telling you what I had. Bingo is a bad influence, but it is so much fun.

I will be fixing Chicken mesquite and watermelon for the dinner at my husband's event tonight.

Sorry about the cat.

Thanks for keeping everything going. Summers are so busy here.
