Good morning everyone and Happy Halloween!!

I'm thinking about what to have today cuz we have a party tonight.

What I might do is do the low point foods the just sample a few of the dishes tonight.

Probably strawberries sprinkled with dry steel cut oat meal.
Lunch 0 point soup and spinach salad
Dinner is anybodys guess but will not over indulged......hopefully.

Morning ladies.

I was going to dress up as a wrinkly old lady but realized I didn't have to.

Breakfast-yog/fruit
Lunch-maybe avocade/cottage ch
Dinner-leftover Mexican lasagne-it was so good.

Not sure if we'll have many as the town, mall and all churches do so much here.

Good for you LadyBee and low and slow-way to go.

EM I remember that costume-LOL.

LadyB-I browned 96% lean ground beef w/1 chopped green pepper, 1 chopped onion. When browned 1 added chili powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, a can of corn (drained), and 2 cups salsa-let simmer about 5 min.

In casserole 1 cup meat mix,1 whole wheat tortilla, 1/2 cup meat mix, sour cream, layer of 2% shredded cheese-keep layering. Cover, cook 325 for 25 min. Uncover top with cheese and cook another 5 min.
