Good morning! I notice when I don't work out regularly I have very little energy in the morning. Going to try and get back on track tomorrow, my day off. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in in the raw and soymilk so far......happy Thursday! Jeannie
Not much will be going on here today as it's 18 below snowing and blowing. Thankfully we are retired and don't have to venture out in this-of course there goes Weds night out-LOL.
Breakfast-the usual-I'm addicted I guess.
Lunch-cottage cheese and avocado.
Dinner-navy bean soup-it was so good last night.
This storm will affect lots of us so all stay warm and safe.

My weight is staying the same which is great news after eating so much during the holidays.
I think that mixed fruit and veggie drink give me the energy,try it guys,it makes a difference!
So after this drink I will have some eggs and soymilk.
Jeannie, a day off and you run around working out, doing this, doing that. It's always the same on days off lol
Judi - stay warm! Wish the weather over here was a little better. More rain, more grey, and still about 42°F. I'd prefer colder weather but clear air and a blue sky. Can't remember when I saw a blue sky the last time buhu
1 white wheat bun with cream cheese
2 mandarin oranges
small portion of spaghetti with mushrooms, onions and a little cream sauce, half a chicken breast
My friend will be over in about 45 minutes for our weekly chat session. She already brought cheese and baguette over (the cheese has to be put in the oven for a while to melt yummie!)
