Getting out of Flower Mound on 1171 or 3040 during rush hour isn't too bad...it's distance, not traffic that is the problem. I took a similar route, except I ended up on the George Bush. I don't forsee you hitting any actual traffic, except on the I-35 portion. My guess is 25-35 minutes.

It is a very doable commute.

Thanks for all the responses..I have a 40 minute commute now, and it doesn't bother me too much. If I could cut it back that would be great, but if not I can live with anything 45 min and under just fine.
