As the title of my post suggests, I'm looking for an honest mechanic in the uptown area of Dallas. I have a 2003 Toyota Highlander that probably needs a new A/C compressor.

Great time for the air conditioning to not work :-(

Thanks

Try Mustang Service center on Live Oak. We had good luck with them when they were over in Lakewood. Good luck. No a/c stinks!

Dunlap Swain (a Texaco station) on Monticello and Cole. Most reliable and honest mechanics in town.

I'm not sure if they do A/C, but Kens Muffler at Bachman (sp?) Lake is the best I've been to. Every time I go in there, people come in saying they came on a rec. Gary is the owner and very honest.
