Default I hope so...

I have lost two really nice Mercedes to DWI illegals. One was a number #2 condition 300D, the other a rare E-Class diesel I had bought for my daughter. Just try driving after Midnight on a Saturday or Friday and look at all of DWI's. Thanks for posting that article. The driver was a POS criminal already.

The republican establishment wants them here for cheap socialist labor. They work cheap while the anchor babies collect welfare so as to often get more money then and honest working man. The Democrats want them to help manufacture consent at the ballot box.

I'm all for enforcement of reasonable illegal immigration laws as long as they don't harrass actual American citizens and legal immigrants like the law going through Alabama right now by assuming anyone with darker skin and an accent has suspicion of guilt.

The best way to battle illegal immigration is to go after the people who employ them. However, it's almost criminal to burden or harrass any business or corporation in this country.

666 -- you talking about kicking out illegals?

Who would mow my lawn and rake my leaves in Highland Park?

What are you thinking?

A lotta trees mean a lotta leaves.

Don't want to do my own laundry either.

And besides who would rent my cheap mobile homes and trailers?

And then it would push down real estate even further.

All in this together, yunno.

As it should be.

They are our "job providers."

For illegals, that is -- not for you -- so don't get any idears.

Milford is two towns away from where I live, they need to crack down over there..Entire town is illegals. With that said, this will only get so much traction here in Ma. (Not MASS. we retired that years ago), our Governor is a borderline Communist. He's one of The Beautiful People, he knows better than all of us..Let's also not forget we are the "other" state who adopted the same law as Tx providing in state tuition to illegals.

I wish you all the best, I am sure our problem is nowhere near as bad as Tx.

Exclamation Many of the illegals use TINs

Many of the illegals use TIN's rather then SSI's. Alot SSI's being used by illegals are shockingly clean.

E-Verify does work rather well.

Reasonable civil penalties for employers would be fine, with criminal as in orange jumpsuits for the most egregious offenders.

As far as not hiring Clarence, check out how many black people work at the Highland Park Country Club... He likely is not joking.....Thurgood Marshall's family worked at a country club.

As far providing jobs may be a valid point for some but not all companies.
If we have to pay to keep people in the TDC, pay for an overtaxed underperforming school system, pay for SSI bennies for people who never worked a day in the USA, get in wars abroad over oil, maybe we would not otherwise need.

It is called privatize the profits socialize the costs.

Some of those Jokers in HP may be bottom line costing our society more then a mildly retarded women wandering around Walmart in her house slippers. Alot more. Some entire companies are really a net loss for society and the tax paying middle class, and a sweet deal for a few.

The system of plantation slavery was a sweet deal for a few. It was mostly run by goons who by in large did not care about people in general or the longterm welfare of the country as a whole.

I think we should tear down the border and let people be free to go wherever they want whenever they want. We could finance any transition issues by terminating funding for extermination of whole peoples in the Middle East. We could also reduce crime if we stop supplying weapons to Mexican drug dealers.

Just my opinion.

There have been several incidents in MA of illegals causing accidents with death, yet the idiot governer still won't push for exportation. Come to MA get your welfare, keep breeding and filling up the schools but don't want to learn (why bother grow up and go on welfare), now need to build more schools, fill the ER so someone with insurance can't be seen for 5 hours because someone has a splinter, buy all your groceries while the rest of us are wondering if we have enough in our wallet.... and so on and on and on.... I'm sure TX (sadly) is also having the same issues and unless there are some big changes across the country we are in deep yo know what. Sorry for the vent, but this is a a real sore spot where I live
