H Mart, a supermarket chain specializing in Asian products, plans to open its second Dallas-Fort Worth location, giving new life to a Plano shopping center that has had a key vacancy for nearly three years.
H Mart officials also are quoted in the article (cutoff by a paywall) stating that they had no idea there was such a high Asian population. They must have missed that while they were scouting the area selecting their first store in Carrollton.

Off of Parker Road exit on K Avenue. I am so excited not to have to trek over to Carrollton's location! We love Super H Mart...hope the food court is as good as the one in Carrollton.
