anybody seen these in carrollton?...how is the area?...for some reason ive always felt that getting into a townhome should come after getting into a condo...quite frankly, the space of a house is way too much for my gf and i...but i also want a garage so a townhome would be the next logical step...the reason i am looking in the carrollton area, if you guys can remember, is to stay close to work...this would keep me around 4 miles from work...phenomenal if you ask me lol...any thoughts on the builders for these townhomes and/or the neighborhoods?...the description says "next to the Josey Lake Park, Carrollton Public Library, and Josey Athletic Complex with easy access to I35E and George Bush Tollway"
