I don't disagree it's a factor, but I'm not sure it's half the decision.
With divorce rates as high as they are, I'd bet there's a lot of single moms in Frisco.

Single childless women, probably not so much!

I immediately thought of the same thing when I read that post but couldn't figure out a way to properly phrase a response.

No, not really. You are going to make me do math, since the charts aren't broken down exactly!
22,000 total households in Frisco.

Family is 81% of total, non-family is 19%.
In that 81% of 'family households', 87% are married, 13% not-married.

2200 households of 22000 total households, non-married with children
Of that 13% 'non-married,' 44% are women with children and no husband: ~ 1000 households (of 22,000 total).

In the 'non-family' category, there are 2000 households with women.

So 13% are women households with kids (1000) (or not) and not married/divorced (2000).
1000 + 2000 = 3000 of 22000 households.

Basically, non-married people don't stick around Frisco, kids or no kids.

As a comparision, Dallas is 59% family, 41% nonfamily. In that 59% 'family', only 66% are married.

Well bless their perfect little hearts up in perfect little Frisco.
