Hello

As an admitted can't-cook father, I wanted to try to attend a cooking school on weekends or nights, near the Grapevine area (ideally) to give my poor wife an additional hand at home. "Have her teach you" well she has taught me some stuff but between her own job, kids, soccer, etc, the marriage will be happier if she doesn't have to teach me how to cook.

Any pointers are appreciated
