North Hills Prep. School - Irving Campus

Also, looking forward for details on after the bell available. I understand that kids need to be picked up from school and dropped at after the bell and there is no in-house day care in school.

Could anyone let know. Also, what is the total cost involved in admitting a child in this school? What other costs are involved?

Very much appreocate inputs...

what info have you gotten from the school--
it is a charter school--not a public Irving ISD or other state district--
it gets state money but it has no taxing powers like other districts--

expect to pay about $300 for uniforms, but go to their website and it will advise you about where to purchase uniforms and basics needed.

Daughter started Kindergarden at North Hills this month. Total cost is about $1,000, including clothing, shoes, and other fees they tell you about at the first meeting after your kid is admitted.

Has your child already received admittance to the school?

Because, per their
Apply Overview section on the North Hills Preparatory website, the 2013-2014 lottery deadline has passed for admittance for this school year, which was way back in December 2012.

However, if your child has already been admitted, the type info you're requesting was mailed to all of the parents during June of this year - see the 2013 Summer Mailing Info page where you'll find answers to your previous questions, along with contact info ( North Hills Preparatory, 606 E. Royal Lane, Irving TX 75039 972.501.0645 (fax)972.501.9439) in case they weren't.

Hi,

Thanks all for your replies.

I am looking for admission for year 2014-2015.

I am also looking for details on After The Bell and applicable costs. I understand that there is no school run ATB. Is it so? Also, I hear that parents need to volunteer a lot, else compensate for the same by payments. Appreciate inputs on the same as well.
