What do you guys think? Right now, Dallas doesn't seem to do as good as some of its peers (like say Atlanta or Philadelphia) at attracting young, creative professionals who actually desire to reside here.

What would make creative people come here besides simply having a job?

do you have data on that? What if Dallas has a larger creative class?

There's a large creative class in Dallas already even if the city isn't thought of that way unlike, say, San Francisco. It may not be as big as the engineering-telecom-IT-banking-real estate class -- and there's overlap between classes -- but it's here.
