Just to make sure I'm reading this correctly, is "Met Standard" the highest score a charter/tag school can receive?

What does Not Rated mean? There was some reason why that school was not eligible to be rated?

If a school was not rated, it may be because the school is too new or there just isn't enough data. Texas Education Agency accountability ratings system - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Highest rating for both public and charter/tag.
