FWIW, I'll be attending McMillen HS performance of Grease this Friday. It's the first musical the school has done (3rd year open) and they've done plays before. I don't have kids in school and my two girlfriends that are attending with me don't have kids at MHS. But we've got a friend whose daughter is playing Rizzo and is extremely excited about it. I'm fully expecting that it won't just be students and parents there as well. Murphy is a small town and so is Parker and we've pretty supportive of our local schools.

I wanted to give an update about the show tonite (sold out). Absolutely fantastic. The kids are incredibly talented. Looking at their bios, many have been in performing arts for years. One thing I liked was that Principal Lyons played Vince Fontaine. I think it says a lot that the administration is that supportive.
