I have been to Dallas ,Fort Worth ,Garland and Arlington not that long to get good feel of the city , but have notest the lack of the Hood feel like in the city of Philadelphia ,Kansas city and in Florida. The sagging the pants , baggy jeans or baggy shorts and baggy long t-shirts. I know some parts of Dallas ,Fort Worth ,Garland and Arlington have lot of crime and drug use but they just look poor or homeless. And sort of the 80's and mid 90's poor look.

There are number of abandoned buildings more so the south of down town Fort Worth!! But I hardly see people hanging out like I do in Florida. And they look more poor or homeless like than ghetto like.

I wonder if it being warmer in Florida may be why you see more loose baggyer clothes.A lot warmer in Florida than the Dallas and Fort Worth area.I also see a lot more people wearing shorts in Florida than Dallas and Fort Worth area.

Also most of the crime seems to be in side the house or building where others cities many of the crime is on the street in public.

So are you looking for more areas with the "hood" feel as opposed to the dated poor look? Suggestions on where to find abandoned buildings to hang out in? Not sure which realtor to recommend for that.

Are you asking a question or just experimenting with non-traditional forms of grammar and spelling for fun?

Areas having a "80's and mid 90's poor look" were probably built in the 80's and mid 90's. Nothing wrong with that. Not evey place in the metro can be new and sparkling.

So you would rather it be dirty and old? I'm not really sure how to respond to people who say that Dallas is clean and new when it seems they are suggesting it is a bad thing.

You give them the same look you give a small puppy that has a tennis ball stuck in its mouth and then move on.
