Take a look at Normandy Estates (on the Collin County Side) Most are 1/3 Ac but there are a few up to 1/2 AC but they are starting at $1.3M (for the 1/3 Ac sites)

You might find some in flower mound new construction. But you must be very rich. Plano/Coppell, I do not think there are lots that big.

Nope. Expect to spend close to $1 million for new construction and a lot that size in Flower Mound

Know of and been in two of the homes listed in Murphy. Both great layouts and beautiful. Blue Flumar backs up to a 2 acre lot in Parker and is on a cul-de-sac. Very peaceful. Lakeside Cir is across from a beautiful park with a well done quarry pond. Both are in HOAs that encourage social activities and neighborliness.

The one on Maxwell is better for someone who wants to not know their neighbors. Neighbors include an angry old lady who likes to wave her gun at people she doesn't know. Another who keeps trying to run his tree service from his residence and has likely contaminated the ground with leaking diesel fuel. Guy on the corner is a minor TV celeb. He's pretty normal. The street is actually a private road in need of major repair. Does that sort of thing get disclosed on a sale?
