Very hard to buy. Most will see multiple offers if they are decent and good location.

It's brutal to be a Buyer under about $350-400k.

one of my friend liked one house and wanted to give an offer. House was on market for 4 days. 2014 built, 3 bed 2.5 bath in frisco. 425K is the asking price. Next day it went to contract

Now I just opened redfin and looked for the houses in contract, all the houses are on redfin for less than 2 weeks in zip 75035.

How about those 20 year old houses in 75035 with 2500sqft for under $300k ? I saw some old houses there in Frisco in that region...

Anyone have any assessment how M Streets will do this spring? Or how this area typically does over the spring? Inventory is really low and most listings appear to be overpriced and didn't see much pop up over the past few weeks of interest. Looking for a single family 3 bed/2 bath minimum of 630k or lower, ideally new construction or newly renovated in the area.

Can the market heat up please? It is brutal watching the scarcity of homes on the market, especially in the $350k-$400k range, like everywhere in metroplex.

Usually about March you'll start seeing more homes hit the market. Problem is that's also when Buyers flood in to buy so they can move at the end of school.

The market seems to up aggressive already because the mortgage interest rate went down recently.

Typically there is a big slow down from about December until March. The slowdown never occurred this year!
Its been crazy!!

I expect this Spring season to be even more competitive. One of my buyers just just went under contract on a house that had 11 offers on it!

Good luck out there!
