Does anyone aware of any open lots in Southlake, TX that are part of a master planned community or a new subdivision that is opening up. I am aware of Carrillon, Toll Brother and Standard Pacific communities. Is there another location in Southlake where we can built a custom home?

Please share if anyone had an idea of all the new home subdivisions in Southlake either those that are still currently selling open lots/custom homes or subdivisions that are in the planning stages and may be popping up shortly...?

Yes he does and also it would help to know what he wants to build. If you're looking at a $1-2+ million home there are a few builders who might have some lots.

OP if you need a referral to a good Southlake agent send me a DM. I know several.
