Pool Builder Recommendations for Midlothian, TX (new house, contractors, tax)

My wife and I are in process of building a house down in Midlothian specifically Lawson Farms. We want to install an in ground pool shortly after close, however we are running into a snag in finding pool builders that service that area. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with any pool builders who service that are, who they used and experiences using them.

Congrats on the new house! Find out where building permits are filed for Midlothian and look up (should be online) who has put in pools for the last few years. Then drop the homeowners a note or google them down to get phone numbers and call. It may also list the pool builders on the permit list. Or, you can find out what pool contractors have been registered with the city to work there and choose a few and ask for local references.

I went to the Midlothian city registered contractors and here is the list of all pool contractors who are registered to work there (they had to register to get permits). So here is the list to choose among:
