Thank you. That is the sense we have of Prairie Creek also.

Barksdale is a fantastic school and Glenhollow is in the it area in current market, near DNT, near Dallas/Addison, neighborhood is walkable to Parr Library, Park, hospital, docs, CVS, Kroger and many restaurants.

Richardson wins commute wise and Cannyon Creek has more character.

CMC_TX, that is exactly how we see that area too. Thank you. Just hoping our offer gets accepted!

I went to RISD long ago and my kid goes to PISD. Very happy with both.

Some parts of Richardson are in decline but I think Canyon Creek probably won't go through that. Plano is at build-out now and it will be interesting to see how the city adjusts.

The west side of Richardson cannot reasonably or plausibly be described as "in decline."

Does it have older homes? Yes. That's not a secret.

Does it have too much retail space relative to the population? Yes. Also not a secret.

Does it no longer allow megastores like Super Wal-Marts & Super Targets to be built there without special permission that Dallas doesn't require? Yes. This isn't a secret to anyone who pays attention to what goes on at City Hall.

Can anyone refer me to a good map that delineates the different neighborhoods in Richardson and Plano that were under consideration?
