I think you are spreading fake news.

The data you quoted is for October only, and if you check the data for September, it tells you hiring is 8.9% higher.

And this is a survey based on LinkedIn’s unscientific measurement of “hiring”, ie the number of LinkedIn users updating their profiles to reflect a new position. Many users don’t update in a timely manner.

Because he needs us to believe his sky is falling thesis.

Meanwhile, home prices will continue going up and in a few years he'll be embarrassed to read his old comments and wish he would've bought when it was much cheaper.

Once again never said it was crashing & im doing great financially. However, it does seem that I haven’t missed out on buying based on the drops. I have only been here since late summer.

I’m not spreading fake news, I advised people to read the comments from people here actually looking for work and been layed off.

One new home community I saw this summer $350k no upgrade credit. Went back there just to see how things are going, they offered same price 3 months later & said they can discount lot premium & give $25k in upgrade credits.

I won’t get started on the price drops or the actual SELL price of homes afer they closed. I get the correct data straight from my agent.

As of now my prediction has been true about the market. The price drops have increased before people started writing articles about it. I came here with my own data and stories after being active in the market here since August.

Couldn't agree with you more. We continue the hunt for a house. We've seen everything out there now and are just watching price drop after price drop on some of the houses. We are in no hurry. We have noticed there are really not much for newer houses coming on the market though. The ones that do come on are mostly junk.

Was going to sell our house in Seattle prior to moving, but same thing is going on there. Pulled it off the market last month. Appears we missed the seller's market streak. Rather than take a hit, we'll keep it for now.
