I went there yesterday and they told me I had to leave because someone had been trying to sell flowers in it. I guess it's hard for them to see who has a bunch of flowers in their hands so only tenants are allowed up there now. Looks like we no longer have a view from above downtown.

Default My Visit in 2014

When I personally went to the Chase Tower Skylobby in 2014, it was open Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm. It had a great view and a beautiful garden.
