$2,359 for 894 square feet?

$2,789 for 1,360?

Who is the target market for this??

Thats insane. Tha't more than double my mortgage of a 20 yr old 2500 sqt house with 2.5 size garage.

The numbers look normal to me at current rental market value. $2k for 2 bed apartment is the norm around here.

WOW! You forgot $1,759.00+ for a HUGE 635 Sq. Ft.?? But of course you get pickleball courts with that as well.

I can't understand why anyone would pay that kind of rent to live out in the boondocks.

Agreed. There are cities that can command those prices but I didn’t think Celina would be one of them
