Cockroaches are present in pretty much all restaurants. It's just whether the inspector sees them.

If you have humans and you have food, you're going to have ants, cockroaches, and mice.

Good to know, I don't go to any of those restaurants. If they leave uncleaned tables or counters with food particles they will show up.
