How is it threadbare? What rehab is needed?

I thought this was considered the most high profile skyscraper in Dallas? (which is why I asked in the 1st place)

It's a super cool space per se but much of the innards are old. IIRC the owners either will or have re-worked the first floor lobby. That said much of the office space is just normal and old. I'm guessing like many other spaces it'll be way different in 4 or 5 years.

BofA's world headquarters are in San Francisco, where it got its start. The way that city's downtown is going, they might want to move from there as well.

BankAmerica, pretty sure that's what it was then called, was taken over by Nations Bank years ago. The resulting Bank of America is based in Charlotte.
