Supreme court only restricts it because they know the US will eventually merge with mexico and canada.

Merge with Mexico or Canada? Shame on us if we let that happen! I think these federal judges are just doing their job by upholding the constitution and federal law. I also think that they see Mr. O'Hare's bad intentions behind these ordinances and all the "anti-illegal" sentiment he is stirring up in his town. I don't like illegal immigration either but just because he says he doesn't have racist intentions doesn't make it a fact. I say let them continue with their court battles and even go to the Supreme Court. It's not my taxpayer money they are wasting.

Indirectly it is your tax dollars they're wasting. Federal judges don't work for free, ya know.

Well we could get into a discussion of all the ridiculous things we are indirectly paying for through our federal government but that would be best suited for another thread wouldn't it?
