I had a friend from Memphis tell me that Backyard Burgers, based in Memphis, is awesome in Memphis, where it's less fast food and more like a restaurant. I said the service sucks. Which it does.

Has the Coit location opened yet? Drove by on Coit today, saw cars but it looked like they might still be getting it ready/training. The family night turned out to be at the I30 training location, not at the site.

Taco Bueno - I'm pretty sure that's where I ordered a breakfast taco and got tator tots & cheese wiz wrapped in a tortilla. One thing I like about visiting my family in the RGV, their breakfast tacos rock!
