Oh nice, they good use a quality restaurant in that neighborhood...even better that it's a co-op.

Agreed! And the same block should be getting another good restaurant soon: Agnes All Natural which had landlord problems at their 1st St. location and is now operating as a food truck downtown. That place has been on the move a lot but recently announced they'll be open soon on W 3rd.

So, I've heard different stories. Is the El Rancho Grande on Poe Ave staying or no? I know they are opening a new location on Troy, and presumed that was the Poe location moving there.

Yes, ive heard about that BBQ place in Wright-Dubar. Its on my to-do list. It's supposed to be authentic as I thought the owner or cook was from Texas. I didn't know about the co-op aspect of it.
