P.S. Would you believe I had to turn the a/c on today? According to my window thermometer, the temp right now is 83. It was warmer a little earlier.

That's scary about your stalker TFW46. Nothing you can do about it? how did you know you were being stalked??

It's just nice here. Sitting in the living room with 2 fans on and it's even a bit chilly. Supposed to start raining tomorrow. wish!! Maybe we'll both get some.

50% chance of rain here tomorrow too, Camper. But Houston is a big area and the northern section gets rain while the southern part (where I am) doesnt.

The stalking is more a nuisance than a fear. My email address has texasfirewheel in it, so someone I know has been checking on my activities by googling that name and seeing what I post on several forums. Then that person emails me with comments.

Hopefully they're nice.

I wish. Definitely not nice, but not threatening either.

I don't know why some people just have to be hateful.

Yes, we all knew it was coming. The post office is trying to cut corners instead of figuring out ways to encourage people to use its services more.

When I was a kid (in elementary school), we had mail delivery here in Houston twice a day between Thanksgiving and Christmas every year. Those were the good ole days.

Lots of chatter about mail delivery today. I know I've been doing my best to keep them in service. Seem to be ordering everything on line these days.

Plus they could get rid of that piece of*#@% that I have for a mailman...
