Awesome....I can tell when someone else knows the game....the shelves will be empty...
Good thing there is 14 HT location w/i a 12 mile radius of me.
Triple coupons will be coming up soon.....I'm stoked.
And that is why Rain Checks are my best friend!!! A perpetual deal, on demand sales prices at my convenience!! I got some RC's for the 4/$5 strawberries earlier this spring. It sure will be nice in the dead of winter to have fresh strawberries instead of frozen!! (I could have used a few more RC's...LOL).
There are lots of HT's here too, but lots of couponers as well. It gets pretty fierce around here when word of triples gets out. I hope we are in town...
I need to get better at this. We shop at Publix and will not change from that. The only other thing I do is go to a meat market for meat, chicken, etc. Always have, probably always will.
We don't have publix here. To be truly efficient at it you have to use all stores around you. You have to buy multiple papers with the mfg coupons in them. The just save them in a back log and have a efficient way to retrieve them when those items go on sale. It seems difficult but when you think about it it's as simple as remembering where the coupons are and using them when the items go on sale. You don't even have to clip them till that sale day comes or the night before and your just going to get the ones you need so your not wasting time cutting coupons that may expire.
The fact that alot dont expire for months is one of the main reasons why it works.
I clip too! It amazes me at the people who don't clip but should considering their economic and financial condition.
One of my favorite sites is www.fishingfordeals.com Shoppers post deals and coupons they find on this one site. I have save hundreds of dollars over the past few years. Keep clipping!
If you use coupons for just those things that you need and regularly use, then you can save a couple of dollars a week. Over a year, that adds up.
If you use coupons for things, like shampoo or toothpaste, just to stack up in a closet and then donate it, you haven't saved money. You have wasted that entire amount.
If you use coupons to buy things that you really wouldn't bother with if it didn't have a coupon, you have wasted money.
