I'm all for progress and job creation... I'm just not certain I like seeing large scale development so near to the beach areas which are already too congested IMO.

I'm actually glad a decision has finally been made. This will end 4 years of litigation and stop the law suits against the town of Dewey Beach. It was inevitable. Most southern Delawareans know the owner/corporation, featured a few months ago in Delaware Today. It's been a sorrowful mess for a few years.
