know if there are toll roads from Elkton MD. to Willmington DE.? And if so, how much are the tolls? Ive been hearing about $15 tolls just for cars! Is that true? Wow. Thank you in advance!

Depends. If you go East on Rt 40 and turn on 13North to Wilm, no. If you get on I-95 N at Elkton Rd (turning right on Rt 4 and then right on 896) when you enter DE, no. If you jump on 95 N while still in MD, yes and I think it's $5. I always jump around the 95 toll gates, both for traffic and $$$.

I travel from Elkton to Wilmington every day for work and the route I use is Rt 40 to Delancy Rd (Rd 781) to Old Baltimore Pike, which takes you to DE-896 and there is an on ramp for 95 North as soon as you turn onto 896. No tolls.

As for coming home, do the same. Take 95 S to Exit 1 which takes you back to 896.
