Our elementary school is in Bear, which we can even walk to from our house. The middle school is ten minutes away in Middletown, which is not too bad. The HS is about 20 min though in Middletown, which is a little further. They will take buses though to get there and there are after school buses. Not all the schools are in Middletown, but most of Appo School District is.

now that sounds great. i pictured having to load up the truck with everyone and pack snacks for the long haul. my son had to go to an elementary school 14 miles away and it seemed like all i ever did was drive to and from! busing is good. hoping to get up there with husbands interview appointment. it'll be easier to see how far and rental situation.be wonderful if we could trade houses and payments with someone! course our house is worth alot less now then 2 years ago, plus housing is cheaper here. almost makes me want to cry.
