RDLR, you can relate to this. I stopped in the bank last week and the teller said she had not seen me and as it turns out she was right, the last few trips to the bank my hubby did the banking. I left that bank and thought to myself, "wow, wasn't that a nice compliment, she paid me". But I guess, speed and less having to deal with that personal touch, leaves more time to text message.

That was nice. I really don't think that personal touch ever goes out of style. It's always nice to be recognized!
