I was wondering the very same thing. Unless they are going to reconfigure the current Park and Ride, where they did just build a new bus building on Shuttle Road.

Nuts, is there enough of a Jewish/ NY-NJ population by you that will support a real Jewish Deli? I would have to go and check it out for sure!
I was told today that someone else heard the Deli is going in a new retail building by the WAWA on Coastal, by the peoples cemetery. We shall see, as I said it was only an idea.

Compared to where I came from on LI the answer is no for sure. I grew up the next town over from Roslyn so I am used to a much larger population. I have been told there is a synagogue that has about 400 congregants quite local to the area in question but there are always summer visitors that will enjoy a great corned beef sandwich.

Leases signed for three Rehoboth Gateway stores - CapeGazette.com - Covering Delaware's Cape Region - Inland Bays, Atlantic Ocean, Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Milton, Dewey Beach, USA

Not a Trader Joe's, unfortunately, but Fresh Market is a nice specialty grocery store.

There's the Giant gas station, Shell, Royal Farms, Valero, BP, and now WAWA; that makes 6 gas stations basically within a hair's throw of each other. I didn't know we drove that much and needed that many sandwiches/fried chicken/coffee to make the drive through Millsboro !

And besides, I think Teeter makes better sandwiches than WAWA, especially with their Friday subs deal.
The stations that I see in my travels ( Giant , WAWA and Shell) all seem to be doing well. I am loving the gas price war!!

There WAS an L.L.Bean outlet in the Tanger outlet center but it closed several years ago, I want to say 2009 or thereabouts.

BBB is a good add. There's a sign up now that says "Future Home of BBB".

I know we don't want more big box stores but there's no Best Buy and that would also do well.

I think there are so many boutiques and non-chain restaurants in the area that are supported and it will be always stay that way.
