Hello Everyone,

My wife and I are thinking about a discovery tour of Heritage Shores in April. Does anyone have any insight to that community? We are trying to gather as much information as we can. Thank you for your thoughts and comments.

Go to the search bar just below the green box above and type in Heritage Shores. You will see what has been written about it.

Go for it! I've worked there before (not a Realtor). It's a beautiful community. My only complaint, is that I get lost every time I go there. It's a huge development and they need to have some directional signs on how to get back on Rt. 13. They have a beautiful clubhouse (I've taken some educational courses there) but our favorite place is The Sugar Beet Market, a huge recreational building with a bar, games, fresh produce, gifts, light fare, and a band on Friday or Saturday nights. We don't live there, but will be visiting there again, this Saturday night. If we EVER decided to move to a 55+ community, and if we EVER had enough money, That would be the place for us, even though we're not golfers. It's not near the beach, which is a plus for us....no hair-raising traffic or crowds.
