I've been told by multiple dentists that I need a night guard since I don't grind my teeth during the day...
I'm afraid of strange things while using the night guard and that's why I don't use it... Does anyone else use one EVERY night? Or if you use one, do you sometimes not use it at night?
I'm afraid of:
Cleanliness
It falling out
Smell
Drooling
Not being able to sleep on my stomach
Thinking about it too much before sleep (I don't instantly go to sleep)
