Anyone ever run across Tooth Mousse or used it?

I ran across a reference to it in an article I was reading and I had to google it to see what it was because I thought the name was funny. Gave me a vision of a dessert made from teeth, www!

Supposedly, it helps with tooth sensitivity and claims to help remineralize the enamel. Doesn't seem to be available in the United States, though.

Sounds too good to be true, but if anyone has any personal experience with it, I'd love to have my mind changed!
